After going over countless check lists, moving our lives across the nation to the Midwest, packing and unpacking our gear bags countless times – the question becomes… Now what?
OUR DREAM MAP // WHERE IN THE WORLD WILL YOU GO? MEET YOU THERE?
Accepting that your about to live or even be on the road for a year or more is a daunting idea to even sit and try and comprehend. This travel lifestyle seems bizarre to many but is a practical way of life for tons of people that currently live and work from the wild road. Travel hits everyone at different stages or different times in their journey here – perhaps travel hasn’t always been a vacation or something exciting, happy or good – and perhaps travel sometimes is betrayed as being unsafe, or unattainable. Safety is merely being overly aware and attaining any dream takes hard work, savings, determination and planning – three things we have spent the past 6 months (or more) working towards.
WE LOOK TO THE FUTURE // WE EMBRACE THE CHALLENGES TRAVEL HAS FOR US
Nobody said this trip was going to be easy for us – travel is the only way to truly discover and uncover all personal struggles and confront them at once. We must be ready for anything out on the open road – while at the same time living practically, exploring within our bounds and to be continually looking ahead to the future of where travel can and will take us. Moving to Colorado was a big step in my life and now this will be an even bigger jump to experiencing and understanding the world in a whole different cultural light. Now what? you ask – I say sit back and enjoy the ride… because when your bored of life at home, and I motivate you to quit your job to go travel – we hope then to someday… Meet you there.
