Exploring Ohio - Chagrin Falls Must Dos

Chagrin Falls located near Cleveland, Ohio is known for its dining, farmers markets, ice cream delights and nighttime appeal. A fantastic place to grab a bite to eat for lunch or dinner and then walk the surrounding parks to take in views of the different waterfalls spread thru Chagrin Falls. One of my favorite lunch places (a Chagrin Falls must-do) is Dave's Cosmic Subs located right off Main Street in downtown Chagrin Falls. Your taste buds will thank you after taking down the Original #1 Dave's Cosmic Sub complete with his spicy, peppery sub sauce and plenty of rotating daily specials - you have got to try these sandwiches if your anywhere in Northeast Ohio.
After lunch be sure to save some room for the ice cream treats down near the falls - it's a tough choice between the Popcorn Shop and Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream. Our first visit to Chagrin Falls we grabbed some cones of the classic Popcorn shop - another must-visit this place is true to its' existing architecture old fashioned but delicious ice cream flavors, racks and racks of candy plus soft serve Vanilla that's certain to make any mouth water. If your looking for some more 'all natural' flavors and organic is more your thing - just down the street from the Popcorn Shop is a little place called Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream. Quickly peeking at the Jeni's About section on their website will reveal they use dairy pulled from grass fed cows ONLY and ingredients specifically grown organically for Jeni's small batches of special ice cream.

The Chagrin Falls area is the perfect place to catch the sunset and spend time chatting with friends and family. This is a must-visit location for those heading to the Cleveland area - plan a night to see Chagrin Falls dining and deserts. If your there in the mornings - I suggest heading to Yours Truly for an awesome breakfast - YT has been in Chagrin Falls for eons now and is a staple for breakfast down in the area.
