Podcast Feature: The Genuinely Interested Podcast Ep. 140
Hey guys, hope all is going well out there & sorry for the lack of blog posts in 2023..! My business has been keeping me busy and we’ve been working steadily on building out a new educational platform about just that, the business side of photography. Stay tuned for more details on that… but in the meantime check this out:
Had the unique opportunity recently when an email hit my inbox and invited me on a podcast titled The Genuinely Interested Podcast. Via Zoom I linked up to chat with Roy who started the podcast, and it was an awesome experience. We chat about a whole mix of topics, here’s a quick list to summarize:
• The path forward for any beginner photographer
• How to grow your brand on Instagram
• How he got started with photography
• Working with big brands
• Seeing and photographing the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights)
• Being present whilst outdoors
• Being safe while backpacking
• Encounters with wild animals
Here’s Roy’s description of our time on the Genuinely Interested Podcast Ep. 140.
“Frankie is a Denver-based adventure/outdoors and travel photographer. His deep passion and love for nature clearly stand out when you look at his photos. It’s always fun for me to have a conversation with someone who shares my love for the outdoors. Frankie is the definition of someone who embodies their ethos and follows a life that is commensurate with the work that he loves. He moved to Colorado from Ohio in order to pursue his passion for not only the mountains but also photography.” Give this podcast to listen if you want to learn more about me and my journey to get where I am at today with my freelance photography business.
