GoPro Mountain Games at Vail Mountain, Colorado
It was exciting to be able to catch the GoPro Games here in our Vail Valley - this event is basically the kickoff to our Spring & Summer seasons here in the mountains. Tons of outdoor adventure companies and athletes alike gather to enjoy a weekend packed of kayaking, SUPing, slacklining, climbing, dock dogs - to name only a few of the exciting events packed into the GoPro Mountain games. If ever these games stop near your hometown definitely take some time to check these wild/fun spectacles: Dock dogs (seen here), 8ball Kayak Sprint (nutso Kayakers battling each other down the river), Slacklining over the Gore Creek (if your in Vail, Co you'll catch the slack liners perform over top the river).
We had an exciting weekend walking around talking to various companies about our blog site and our mission gathering ideas and connections. Thanks to anyone who took the time to speak to us! Events like the GoPro Mountain games are important for anyone trying to become more actively involved in the outdoor and adventure-type industries.

It was exciting to meet all the different companies represent at the games - this event is top notch and has only continued to grow since GoPro grabbed the mountain games for good.
